It does not secure rights in the words used in your logo, except as a part of the design.
Your Logo Mark filing includes: (i) a 30 minute attorney consultation call, (ii) a comprehensive federal Logo mark search & report; (iii) the preparation of a detailed description of your design specimen, in accordance with USPTO element specifications; and (iv) the preparation & submission of your application to the USPTO, including responding to non-substantive USPTO office actions.

Combined Word and Logo Filings
