Section 8 & 15 Combined Declaration

This filing combines the mandatory maintenance filing with the optional Declaration of Incontestability. The filing includes a verified statement of continued use in commerce, and a specimen demonstrating such use.

Section 8 & 9 Declaration (9-10 yrs and every 10 yrs)

This mandatory maintenance filing is required within one year following the ninth anniversary of your registration date, and every 10 years thereafter. The filing includes a verified statement of continued use in commerce, and a specimen demonstrating such use.
